About These Terms
nuvena.co is run by Nuvena Systems Private Limited ("Nuvena", "we", "us"), a company registered in India with its registered office at WeWork, DLF Forum, Phase 3, Cyber City, Gurugram, Haryana 122002.
These terms cover nuvena.co and every page on it, including the careers pages and the sign-in page. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This page also holds the policies that go with the site: privacy and data protection, cookies and security. You must be 18 or older to send us a form, apply for a role or sign in.
Using This Site
You are welcome to browse the site, share links to its pages and contact us through it. You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harm, mislead or harass anyone.
- Give false details, or pretend to be someone else, in any form.
- Copy the site in bulk, or collect its content or anyone's details with automated tools. Ordinary search engine indexing is fine.
- Probe, scan or test the site's security, get around its protections or interfere with how it runs.
- Upload or send anything that carries a virus or other harmful code.
- Use the site to send advertising or unsolicited messages.
If you find a security weakness, tell us at admin@nuvena.co with "Security" in the subject and do not test it further. We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

The content here describes Nuvena, Navio OS and Navio On It for general information. It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and it is not an offer or a contract.
Examples, names and amounts shown on the site are illustrations. Amounts appear in your local currency at approximate rates. They are not prices, quotes or promised results.
Product features, availability and the site itself can change without notice.
Our Products And Demos
Navio OS and Navio On It are provided under their own agreements, not under this page. If your company becomes a customer, that agreement decides what applies to the product and to the data in it. Navio On It publishes its own terms and privacy policy.
Asking for a demo does not commit you or us to any agreement.
Job Applications
When you apply for a role you confirm that the details and documents you give are true and are your own.
Online tests and interviews must be taken by you alone, following the instructions shown before each one. We may close an application where this is not followed.
Applying is not an offer or a promise of employment. An offer is made only in writing by Nuvena.
How we handle an applicant's data is set out under What We Collect and How Long We Keep It.
Trademarks
Nuvena, Navio, Navio OS and Navio On It, and their logos, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Nuvena Systems Private Limited in India.
Other companies’ names and logos, where they appear on this site, belong to their owners.
Intellectual Property
Our trademarks, and everything on this site (text, design, images, screens, product names and software), are the exclusive property of Nuvena Systems Private Limited. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not use, copy, imitate, modify or distribute any of it, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
Unauthorised use is an infringement of our trademark, copyright and other intellectual property rights and will be acted upon.
If you send us ideas or feedback about the site or our products, we may use them freely.
Links To Other Sites
Links to other websites, such as our social pages, are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Opening them is your choice, and their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate, available and secure, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or suited to a particular purpose. Any reliance on its content is at your own discretion.
Limits Of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Nuvena is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from the use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If your misuse of the site, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim against Nuvena or a loss to it, you agree to make that loss good.
Changes
We may update the site, these terms and the policies on this page. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from the day they are published here.
If we ever want to use personal data for a new purpose, we will ask for consent first.
Governing Law And Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of New Delhi.
Please write to us first at admin@nuvena.co. Most questions are settled faster that way.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not act on a breach at once, we keep the right to act on it later.
Privacy & Data Protection
Privacy At A Glance
This is our privacy notice under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. It covers nuvena.co, including the careers pages and the sign-in page.
Nuvena Systems Private Limited decides why and how the personal data collected here is used. In the words of the Act, we are the data fiduciary and you are the data principal. Questions about your data: privacy@nuvena.co.
- We collect only what you give us and what the site needs to run.
- We use it only for the purpose you gave it for.
- We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
- Your data is never used to train AI models.
- Analytics runs only if you accept cookies.
- Our own servers are in India.
- You can see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@nuvena.co.
Data inside our products is handled under each customer's agreement and, for Navio On It, under its own privacy policy.
What We Collect
When You Ask For A Demo Or Contact Us
- Your name, work email and mobile number, which you type into the form.
- Your device's time zone, read in your browser when you press Send, so we know roughly where you are writing from.
- Whatever you write or say to us afterwards by email or phone.
When You Apply For A Role
- Your name, email address, WhatsApp number and CV.
- Your answers in online tests and interviews, and the scores and notes our hiring team records.
- Documents you upload at later steps of the application.
- If we invite you to apply: your name, contact details and CV as they appear on the job portal where your profile is listed.
During An Online Test
- One photo of you at the start, to confirm it is you.
- The camera checks every 45 seconds that it is still you. A photo is kept only if something looks wrong: no face, another person or a different face. Ordinary moments are not stored, and the test does not record video.
- Your voice, for a few short spoken answers (about 20 seconds each) where the test asks you to explain an answer out loud.
- A log of test events: leaving full screen, switching to another tab or window, copy and paste, and how the answers were typed. From this log the system suggests a risk level for our hiring team. It only advises; a person decides.
During A Video Interview
- Video and sound, only while you answer each question. The practice question is not saved.
- The scores our hiring team gives each answer on a fixed checklist. In video interviews there is no automated face or voice analysis.
When You Sign In
- The email address or mobile number you type, and the one-time code we send to check that it is yours.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 7 days.
When You Browse
- Your cookie choice, saved in your browser.
- If you accept analytics: the pages you open, your approximate location, and your device and browser, through Google Analytics. IP anonymisation is switched on.
- Your country is worked out on your own device, from its time zone and language, to show examples in your currency. Nothing is sent to us for this.
- Like most websites, our server records the IP address, browser, page and time of each request, to keep the site secure and working.
Emails And Messages We Send You
- Emails about a job application record whether they were delivered, opened or clicked, so we know they reached you.
- Invitations, reminders, sign-in codes and application updates sent on WhatsApp go to the number you gave us, or the one on your job portal profile.
Why We Use It
- Enquiry and demo details
- To reply to you, arrange and give the demo, and follow up on that enquiry.
- Job application details
- To assess your application, contact you about it and, if you are selected, make you an offer.
- Test answers and CV
- To score your test and understand your experience. An AI service may help our hiring team read CVs and written answers against a fixed rubric. It only assists: no application is rejected automatically, and a person on our team makes every decision.
- Test photos, spoken answers and event log
- Only to make sure the test was fair. If a test rule is broken or automated input is detected, the attempt ends early; our hiring team then looks at what was completed and decides what happens next.
- Interview videos
- Only so our hiring team can see how you communicate for the role. They are never used to train AI.
- Sign-in details
- To check that it is you and open the right account.
- Analytics
- To count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site.
- Server records
- To keep the site secure and to find and fix faults.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or build advertising profiles, and we make no decision about you by automated means alone.
AI And Your Data
Your data is yours. Whatever you or your company put into this site, Navio OS or Navio On It (documents, tasks, messages, voice notes, a CV) belongs to you. We hold it only to do the work you asked for and to keep that service working well, and you can have it back or have it deleted whenever you ask.
We do not use your data to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. The business terms of the AI services we use do not allow them to train on it either.
We use AI only through paid, business-grade services under commercial licences: Google Cloud Vertex AI and Anthropic. No free or consumer AI tool is given your data.
Your data is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to build an advertising profile of you.
What AI Does Here
- Navio On It: turns what you say or type into tasks, reads the replies to its follow-ups and answers your questions about your work.
- Navio OS: reads the contracts you give it to find each promise, its owner and its date, and helps you draft.
- Hiring: helps our team read CVs and written test answers, as set out under Why We Use It.
AI only assists. You can see and change what it prepares, and a person decides anything that matters about you.
What The AI Service Sees, And For How Long
An AI service receives only what one piece of work needs, at the moment it is needed, and sends back its answer. It processes that data on our instructions and under its business terms, which allow it to keep a copy only for a short time for security checks, never for training. It may process data outside India, as set out under Where It Is Kept.
When you speak into Navio On It, it may use your phone's own speech recogniser to show your words as you talk. That part runs under your phone maker's terms.
Sent Something By Mistake?
Write to privacy@nuvena.co and we will delete it from our systems, whether or not it has already been processed.
Consent And Legal Basis
We use personal data only on the grounds the DPDP Act allows:
- Your consent. Analytics cookies run only after you press Accept. A job application starts with the box you tick when you apply, and the camera in a test or a video interview turns on only after you accept the notice shown before it.
- A purpose you chose. When you send the demo or contact form or sign in, you give us your details for that purpose and we use them only for it.
- What the law requires or allows. This covers a court order or a legal duty, and employment purposes once someone joins us.
Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Change your cookie choice under Cookies. For anything else, write to privacy@nuvena.co or reply to any Nuvena email.
Once you withdraw, we stop using the data and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it. Withdrawing does not undo what was done before. If you withdraw consent for a job application, we cannot continue with that application.
This Notice In Your Language
If you would like this notice in one of the Indian languages listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution, write to privacy@nuvena.co and we will arrange it.
Where It Is Kept
Our own servers are in India, in the Mumbai region of Amazon Web Services. Applications, test photos and interview videos are kept there, and the photos and videos are stored encrypted.
Some of the service providers named above process data outside India, for example Google, Meta and Anthropic. The DPDP Act allows this except for countries the Government of India restricts, and we do not send personal data to any restricted country.
How Long We Keep It
- Job applications
- Your details, CV, documents, test answers, scores, feedback and email records are deleted automatically 6 months after a decision, or 6 months after your last activity if you were invited and did not go further. Sooner if you ask. If you join us, they move to your employment record.
- Test photos and spoken answers
- Deleted as soon as our team has reviewed your result, and within 30 days of the test at the latest.
- Interview videos
- Deleted once a final decision is made, and within 30 days of recording at the latest. Scores and notes stay with the application.
- Enquiries and demo requests
- Kept while we are in touch with you about them, and deleted when you ask.
- Sign-in codes
- Work once and expire in 10 minutes. A sign-in lasts up to 7 days.
- Cookie choice
- Stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.
- Analytics cookies
- Up to two years.
- Server records
- Up to 14 days, for security and fault finding.
We keep personal data longer only where a law requires it or it is needed for a legal claim.
Your Rights
The DPDP Act gives you these rights over your personal data:
- Know
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it and who we have shared it with.
- Correct
- Have it corrected, completed or updated.
- Erase
- Have it deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for, unless a law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw
- Take back any consent you have given.
- Complain
- Have a grievance answered, and go to the Data Protection Board of India if our answer does not satisfy you.
- Nominate
- Name another person to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.
How To Use Them
Write to privacy@nuvena.co from the email address you used with us, so we can check that the request is yours, or reply to any Nuvena email. There is no fee. We acknowledge every request within 3 working days and resolve it within 30 days.
Your Part
The Act also asks you to give us true details, not to pretend to be someone else, and not to file false or frivolous complaints.
Children
This site is for businesses and for adults looking for work. It is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data, and we do not track children or direct advertising at them.
If you believe someone under 18 has sent us personal data, write to privacy@nuvena.co and we will delete it.
If Data Is Ever Breached
If personal data we hold is ever accessed, disclosed, changed or lost without authorisation, we will tell the people affected without delay: what happened, what it could mean for them, what we are doing about it and what they can do to protect themselves.
We will also report it to the Data Protection Board of India, as the law requires.
Grievances
Write to our grievance officer at privacy@nuvena.co with "Grievance" in the subject, or by post to Nuvena Systems Private Limited, WeWork, DLF Forum, Phase 3, Cyber City, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. We acknowledge every grievance within 3 working days and resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. The Act asks that you give us the chance to resolve it first.
Security & Trust
Our customers trust us with their contracts and their promises. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to.
Every page and every request travels over HTTPS.
Only the people who need your data can open it.
A strict content policy blocks scripts we have not approved.
Test photos and interview videos are stored encrypted. Only our hiring team can open them.
Our own servers are in India, in Mumbai.
Candidate details for 6 months after a decision; test photos and interview videos for 30 days at most.
We do not sell personal data or use it for ads.
