Role Summary
You build Navio OS end to end. As a Full Stack Product Engineer, you take a feature from an idea to the screen a customer uses every day and the service behind it: React on the front, Java and Spring Boot underneath. You work directly with design, the founder and customers, and you see your work reach real users within days, not quarters. Every feature you ship stays yours in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Build product features end to end: React screens, Java and Spring Boot APIs, data models and the integrations between them.
- Turn product ideas and designs into simple, working software, and ship in small, frequent releases.
- Write clean, tested, reviewed code, and own the performance and reliability of every feature in production.
- Work with the AI and automation engineers to bring their workflows into the product cleanly.
- Watch how customers actually use what you built, and improve it with design and the founder.
- Fix issues fast, find the root cause, and make sure the same bug does not come back.
Must Have
- 2–4 years building production web applications across front end and back end.
- Strong with React and TypeScript, and with designing REST APIs.
- Working experience with Java and Spring Boot, or depth in another backend language and the drive to pick them up fast.
- Solid with relational databases, SQL and Git.
- Uses AI coding tools to move faster without lowering the bar.
- Takes a feature from idea to production and finishes what you start.
Good To Have
- Kotlin, or experience with workflow or rules engines.
- Cloud deployment, CI/CD and monitoring.
- Experience building B2B or enterprise software.
- Curiosity about how businesses run their contracts and commitments.
