About Nuvena. Nuvena builds Navio, the Execution Operating System: every promise a company makes or is owed — in a contract or to a team — gets an owner, a follow-up and proof.
Role Summary
You build the screens people use in Navio every day, and you build them with a designer's eye. You take designs as they come, understand the design language behind them and turn them into polished production UI in React. You use AI and prompt engineering to move faster than a normal front-end team, without letting quality slip. You own every screen you ship, down to the last state and pixel.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Navio's web screens in React exactly to the design: layout, motion, states, accessibility and speed.
- Read the design system and extend it consistently when a screen has not been designed yet, making the UI/UX calls a designer would be proud of.
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering every day to generate, refactor and test UI faster, and keep the output clean.
- Get the details right: empty, loading and error states, keyboard use and how every screen feels on a phone.
- Work with the product designer and backend engineers to ship features end to end, wired to real APIs.
- Keep the front end fast and maintainable: reusable components, performance budgets and code reviews.
Must Have
- 2–4 years building production React applications.
- A real eye for design: typography, spacing, colour and motion; can explain why a screen feels right or wrong.
- Fluent with AI coding tools and prompt engineering; uses them to deliver more, never to deliver sloppier work.
- Strong in TypeScript, modern CSS and today's front-end tooling; writes clean, reviewed code.
- Builds accessible, responsive UI that works at every screen size.
- Takes ownership of every screen and finishes what you start.
Good To Have
- Figma skills; experience building or maintaining a design system.
- React Native or mobile web experience.
- Motion libraries such as Framer Motion.
