Role Summary
You design how legal, finance and business teams use Navio OS. Contract work is dense: hundreds of clauses, dates, owners and deadlines across every agreement a company has signed. Your job is to make it feel simple, so a CFO and an operations manager can both see at a glance what is due and what is at risk. You own the experience from the first user conversation to the shipped screen.
Key Responsibilities
- Design flows, screens and prototypes for new and existing features in Navio OS, across web and mobile.
- Talk to users in legal, finance and operations, test your designs with them, and fix what does not work.
- Turn dense information, such as obligations, deadlines, penalties and proof, into screens people can scan and act on.
- Own and extend the design system so the product stays consistent as it grows.
- Work hand in hand with the frontend engineers through to launch, and check that what ships matches what you designed.
- Use AI tools to explore options, prototype and test faster.
Must Have
- 2–4 years designing digital products, with a portfolio that shows clear, thoughtful product design.
- Expert in Figma or a similar tool; builds prototypes people can click through and react to.
- Chooses simple, readable interfaces over decoration; strong on typography, layout and hierarchy.
- Explains and defends your design decisions, and changes them when the evidence says so.
- Uses AI tools to explore ideas and prototype faster without lowering the bar.
- Takes ownership and finishes what you start.
Good To Have
- Designed B2B, enterprise or data-heavy products.
- Understands front-end constraints and can work through the details with React developers.
- Exposure to legal, finance or procurement workflows.
